Mr. Pradeep Kumar T.N
Co Founder & Managing Director
Pradeep is a seasoned technology and management executive with over 20+ years of experience in engineering and technology leadership. He specializes in driving structure and clarity in complex environments, with a strong focus on improving user and customer experiences through innovative, collaborative solutions.
He has deep expertise in Industry 4.0, Lean, and Agile practices, and has led multidisciplinary domains including CAD, manufacturing and engineering, mechatronics, embedded systems, product design, and rapid prototyping. Pradeep is known for strategic planning, risk management, and delivering high-quality outcomes through analytical and systems thinking.
He has worked across India, Europe, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to leadership and execution. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
Mr. Arun Kumar M.N

Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, enabling to build cohesive teams. Strategic Leader, Growth oriented with Global Business Development experience closing and delivering complex and large deals. Demonstrated history of working in mechanical Engineering Design of BIW Robotic manufacturing lines, Proto development, Special Purpose Machine and New Product designs across various products and platforms globally. Heading Desocon providing engineering products, solutions and services in Mechanical Design. Proven ability in vendor management skills with hands on experience on Subcontracting, Supplier consolidations and Commercial/technical negotiations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India
Mr. Bharath Balakrishnegowda
Delivery Manager
Bharath Balakrishnegowda is an experienced Delivery Manager at Desocon Technologies Private Limited with over 16+ years of expertise in BIW fixture design and automotive engineering services. He has successfully managed projects for leading global OEMs including Audi, VW, Volvo, Daimler, BMW, JLR, Scania, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Magna, Ford, and JSW.
With strong expertise in CATIA V5, UG NX, and FIDES, Bharath Acquire deep technical knowledge in automotive tooling and fixture design. He is recognized for his leadership successfully building and managing large engineering teams while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to global quality standards.
